When you shouldn’t, you NEED to!!

image

If only you did the 5 small things you visualised this morning, on a priority, the game would have been totally different.

If only you would have sat in silence for a few minutes instead of asking for an advice that you intuitively knew, wouldn’t make a difference.

If only you had the audacity to say no to what is not right.

If only you remembered to fill your self esteem instead of someone else’s.

If only you made that phone call that would have made all the difference.

If only you would have chosen the strength training + cardio instead of choosing cardio daily.

If only you would have not started that chat and let life present itself to you.

Taking all these actions would have made the life greater. Definitely.

Just one love-filled advice: when you fall down, be gentle with yourself. Life is too short to fall in the vicious circle of self criticism. When we criticise ourselves, undoubtedly that spills out in all our conversations, whether we are aware or not. If we choose to be loving for all actions we take, if we decide that the only world that matters is the world inside my ears, positivity floods your mindset and prosperity floods your lifeset. This is game changing.

Love yourself. Even when you shouldn’t. Because you Need it the most then.

What if your life had to be researched in Harvard?

What if the way you lived your life was to be researched in Harvard? What if the generations to come will draw inspiration from the way you lived your life? What if your life was the best story told, ever? What if you somehow cracked the code to living an extraordinary life?

The universe is based upon principles hat hold true, no matter what the outer reality is. One of the basic principles is that your thoughts, feelings and actions create our reality. Seemingly negative situations are just there to make us aware of ourselves: that is pure power, pure creativity. Once we realise and practice this truth, our happiness and reality begin to change and we witness awesomeness that we had never witnessed ever.

There are no extra people on this planet. Each one of us has a treasure of gold that is shouting to be polished and see the light of the world. We all affect the world by the way we appear to them. This is a great job of responsibility to make the world amazingly awesome. So what is the chapter you are writing in your life today?image

How to become more powerful?

Power comes from acting on your commitments. Taking action comes from making goals in the first place. Goal-setting comes from desire for a bigger and better life. Desire for a bigger and better life comes from being happy, and never satisfied with the current circumstances.

It is our responsibility to be co-creators in evolution. Since the world is not yet over, the need for evolution is one of the fundamental needs for our happiness.

So in order to be more powerful, challenge the status quo. Shake up the world. Drive change. Let go of the need to be liked by everyone else. Respect yourself and your values, and go get up and claim the power that is already within you, screeching to be expressed.

This is a form of love

Just had dinner at a self-service restaurant in Patiala. As the restaurant was self-served, it was quite clear that customers had to take even water by themselves. However, the servers in the restaurant had a protocol to serve water to every guest without water on their table. Since I have a protocol of not having water while eating, I politely refused to the first glass served to me. In two minutes, I was served water by another server; and again, I refused. In the next two minutes, I was served a third glass of water which I didn’t refuse.

Great management lesson here: wowing your customer is our collective responsibility as a team. Great service does not hold any single person accountable for the profits or losses as a unit. Our results are as an entity.

If someone who gets paid very little can do this, can we not leave our ego at our doorstep every single day before we present ourselves to our customers? Think over it…ego is the common thing. Transcending it will make your customers your raving fans. Ultimately we are all in the business id transforming lives: how we do it for the positive or negative is going to determine our destiny as well.

What are you giving away today?

What we give to others, comes back to us in a river. So isn’t it a great idea to populate your thoughts with positive outlook? It is easier said than done. It means that once you give away the feelings of hatred and dislike towards other people, and replace those feelings with optimistic, cheerful and purposeful thoughts, life begins to bring miracles to you.

As Rhonda Byrne says in The Power, just 51% focus on positive words and emotions are enough to change your life. As a matter of fact, what we give to others comes to us before it reaches anyone else in the world. And then the similar vibrations of others brings about multifold of those thoughts.

Our true nature is growth in a positive frame of mind. Thus, thinking positive is a lot more easier than thinking messed up thoughts. Even when the other person is totally wrong, even when you have been mistreated, thinking a great thought that will uplift you is always a choice. The wise make that choice. The happy make that choice. The successful make that choice. What is your choice today?

The 1:10 ratio

Everything that is being done is to make everything in our lives better. The whole game is to scale to the next level of excellence and awesomeness.

The human beings who do it purposefully witness amazing levels of success and happiness in their lives. The human beings who do not inject deliberate growth in their lives are unconsciously making a way for negativity.

So if you are not feeling great in any area of your life, consider the thoughts you have been thinking predominantly about the same, and without a doubt they are negative ones.

However, the good news is: you can change any area of your life once you become aware of it. Now that you have become aware of the energy drainer in your life, it is time to convert it into energy creator.

Researchers have revealed that for every disempowering or negative thought, we must think of at least 10 things that we adore or are grateful for. As we keep on doing it on a daily basis, sooner than we think, we have transformed the potential negative situation into an opportunity to serve us and our emotions.

This is how we become powerful. Any great human being who has tasted success is no different from another human being who has never witnessed success. It all boils down to eliminating the virtues that do not serve us by watering and cultivating the virtues that will serve us.

As simple as this sounds, once we practice being grateful and optimistic about the area of life that we want to improve, our lives immediately begin to change in ways beyond our imaginations.

If we chose to release…

In life, the degree of happiness and ultimately success is less determined by what we do, and is hugely determined by what we do not do. It sounds a paradox, that the secret of any great human being is that they were focused on doing more and better of the things that were their niche, and outsourcing the things that they were not good at.

We all aim for greatness and very few achieve it: because we be all things to all people, and nothing to ourselves. If we chose to focus a few minutes every morning and evening on the kind of person that we ought to become and the goals that we must achieve, the desire to be liked by everyone else fades away.

This releases the chains of approval and burden we unconsciously accept from people around us. Once we have released what is no longer serving us and focus daily and consistently on what serves us the best, happiness and success begin to show up on a consistent basis, as a part of our habits and rituals. 🙂
